La satisfacción electrónica a partir del rendimiento y la desconfirmación: un estudio empírico

Resumen

La competitividad en la comercialización en línea (online) ha ido en incremento, por lo que hoy en día la satisfacción de los consumidores es un punto de referencia ya que es un factor que impacta directamente en los resultados de la organización. Son escasos los estudios que miden la satisfacción del consumidor en compras a través de Internet, el presente estudio muestra el análisis de la satisfacción electrónica a través de un modelo teórico basado en la relación del rendimiento del servicio, la desconfirmación y la satisfacción electrónica, mediante  un estudio empírico aplicado en la región Lagunera de Coahuila y Durango a una muestra de cuatrocientos consumidores electrónicos de servicios de viaje en línea. Se implementó una metodología de tipo cuantitativa, empleando la técnica de modelaje estructural.
