La relación entre orientación al Mercado, Estrategias y Rendimiento: Una perspectiva de las Pymes de Aguascalientes

Resumen

En la actual literatura establece que las empresas, primordialmente las pequeñas y medianas (Pymes), para poder adaptarse a los cambios que demanda un mercado cada vez más globalizado y altamente competitivo, es necesario readecuar sus estrategias empresariales de tal manera que les permita incrementar significativamente su nivel de rendimiento empresarial. Así, la orientación al mercado aparece en la literatura como una de las estrategias empresariales que cada vez está tomando más fuerza, no solamente entre las grandes empresas sino también en las Pymes, ya que esta estrategia les permite a las organizaciones no solamente permanecer en el mercado en el que participan, sino también mejorar sensiblemente el nivel de rendimiento de la empresa.
