Bibliometría de la cultura organizacional de innovación

Resumen

En el presente trabajo de investigación se realizó un análisis bibliográfico sobre cultura organizacional de innovación, para lo cual se compiló una base de datos de 363 artículos científicos extraídos de revistas publicadas en la Web of Science y Scopus, en un periodo comprendido de 1980 a Junio de 2016, determinando, a partir de indicadores bibliométricos, publicaciones por años, autores, revistas y países más productivos, población de estudio, tópicos, entre otros. En este análisis se detectaron oportunidades de investigación. A) En los tópicos menos explorados que son la capacidad de innovación, la innovación como ventaja competitiva y el liderazgo. B) La población objeto de estudio, ya que el 54% de artículos analizados obtienen información primaria de directivos, y el 9% de los empleados, dificultando la visión holística de la situación real de la empresa.
