Creatividad con Open Data, aproximación desde análisis bibliométrico. Caso: Instituto Nacional de Estadística y Geografía (México)

¿Cómo ha influido en la creatividad el uso del Open Data en los últimos cinco años? La proliferación de políticas de datos abiertos de los gobiernos en los últimos cinco años, principalmente a partir de su implementación oficial por el gobierno de los Estados Unidos desde el año 2009, ha abierto las puertas para que los gobiernos de una gran cantidad de paises alrededor del mundo abran su información para que sea reutilizada por cualquier organización o persona. Esa reutilización, ha permitido el desarrollo de aplicaciones digitales que facilitan la interpretación de esos repositorios de información para la toma de decisiones, el Gobierno de México, ha desarrollado aplicaciones que van desde el conocimiento de las emisiones de gases de efecto invernadero, hasta los lugares donde se brindan servicios de salud pública. Este trabajo, se enfocó en el análisis bibliométrico de los usos que las personas, organizaciones o los propios gobiernos, han desarrollado mediante la utilización de los repositorios abiertos de datos, el cual arrojó que los principales usos creativos que se le da a esta información, se enfocan principalmente en la solución de los problemas que aquejan a los complejos urbanos.
