Resumen

El objetivo de este trabajo es revisar la literatura acerca de la importancia de la competitividad en las
organizaciones, señalando que esta, es efecto de la productividad, tal y como lo menciona el Foro
Económico Mundial en sus conceptos emitidos en los informes del índice de Competitividad Global 2015
y 2019 y en la Edición especial para 2020, en el cual se plantea la medición con variables que incentivarán
la productividad de las organizaciones como estrategia de recuperación económica tras los efectos pasados
y actuales de la pandemia Covid-19. Se propone un modelo simple de competitividad que la relaciona
con la productividad, las estrategias generales y específicas, en el cual se puede inferir que la aplicación
de éstas impacta primeramente en la productividad y está en la competitividad, aunque este punto aún no
esté claro en toda la literatura. Es un trabajo que se utilizó el método deductivo.
