Efectos de la Inteligencia Artificial en la Responsabilidad Social Corporativa: Propuesta y validación de un instrumento de medición

Resumen

La adopción de herramientas de Inteligencia Artificial en diferentes procesos de las empresas, ha revolucionado la forma de ejercer el liderazgo y la toma de decisiones. Sin embargo, el uso responsable de esta tecnología, representa un desafío para las entidades productivas llamadas a generar un impacto positivo en la sociedad. Es por esto, que el uso e implementación de herramientas de IA en las prácticas de responsabilidad social corporativa en empresas consolidadas, sobre todo en emprendimientos en etapas tempranas, es un tema que merece ser estudiado y analizado. Este trabajo propone un instrumento de medición para el análisis cuantitativo de este fenómeno. Mediante la construcción de escalas basadas en la literatura y su posterior tratamiento estadístico, se propone un conjunto de escalas sólidas y fiables para medir estadísticamente las variables asociadas al uso de la IA y aquellas asociadas a la RSE en emprendimientos de base tecnológica.
