Abstract

El objetivo de este estudio consiste en realizar el estado del arte sobre el proceso de desarrollo de las capacidades dinámicas, a través de la resiliencia empresarial y la ambidestreza organizacional, empleando una perspectiva de Teoría de sistemas y de Sistemas adaptativos complejos. Se realiza una revisión sistemática de la literatura científica publicada con relación a los tres constructos mencionados. Se llega a la siguiente conclusión: al ser consideradas como propiedades emergentes del sistema, los constructos tienen una interdependencia, la cual puede ser explicada considerando un ciclo adaptativo.
