Calidad del servicio en hospitales y satisfacción de pacientes mujeres adultas: Un análisis bibliométrico

Resumen

Durante los últimos cinco años se ha incrementado la investigación sobre calidad del servicio y satisfacción de pacientes. La investigación producto de una revisión documental, identifica los elementos que influyen en ambas variables en pacientes atendidas en hospitales. La indagación se apoyó Web Of Sience, utilizando la herramienta Vosviewer. Los resultados identificaron a los autores más citados, palabras clave y países destacados en la temática. Los hallazgos, refieren que la mayoría de autores coinciden en que existen elementos institucionales, para una calidad de servicios hospitalarios que reciben, destacando que las instituciones provean de insumos y medicamentos necesarios para su recuperación física. El buen trato y la relación entre médico-paciente, bajo un clima de respeto mutuo, confianza y comunicación, son clave en la satisfacción, aunado a que el personal de salud debe estar capacitado y motivado de forma constante para realizar sus funciones adecuadamente
