Gestión del Conocimiento y Calidad como Facilitadores de la Integración en Cadenas de Suministro Aeroespaciales: Un Análisis SEM-PLS

Abstract

En la última década, la integración de la cadena de suministro (Supply Chain Integration, SCI) se ha consolidado como un área de creciente interés tanto en la investigación académica como en la práctica empresarial. Esta investigación analiza el impacto de la gestión de calidad (QM) y del conocimiento (KM) en la integración de la cadena de suministro de la industria aeroespacial de Querétaro, México. Se evaluó un modelo de Ecuaciones Estructurales con Mínimos Cuadrados Parciales (SEM-PLS), aplicando un censo completo a las 48 empresas que conforman la industria. Se encontró que la gestión del conocimiento significativamente en la SCI. Los resultados sugieren que las empresas deben priorizar sistemas formales de KM y alinear estratégicamente sus esfuerzos de QM con los objetivos de SCI. El estudio aporta evidencia empírica desde una economía emergente, desafiando supuestos previos sobre el rol de la calidad en cadenas altamente reguladas.
