Resumen

En el presente documento busca servir de sustento para una futura investigación donde se utilizaran las teorías de stewardship y la de stakeholder para desarrollar los constructos: actitud de servicio (steward) del director general y competencias centrales y colaboración del recurso humano, para lo cual se aplicó una encuesta a ochenta empresas tanto en México como en Colombia, con fines a desarrollar una investigación futura donde se hará un análisis comparativo. Después se desarrolla un análisis factorial para validar cada uno de los constructos. Se concluye que los constructos son válidos y la muestra apropiada para desarrollar dicho estudio.
