El gasto de gobierno y su relación con crecimiento económico y desarrollo humano

Abstract

El presente trabajo se desarrollar bajo la perspectiva de la teoría institucional, donde se toma en cuenta como los gobiernos de países emergentes deciden tomar en cuenta una política tributaria en cuanto al gasto de gobierno y la recaudación fiscal que pueda incidir en el desarrollo económico y el desarrollo humano, a través de dos modelos de análisis de datos de panel donde se incluye información de 55 países emergentes de Asia y América Latina dentro de un periodo que abarca desde 2013 a 2021 con datos publicados por The Heritage Foundation y el Índice de Desarrollo Humano (IDH) del Programa de las Nacionales Unidas para el Desarrollo, se encontró una relación causal negativa entre el gasto de gobierno con el desarrollo humano, así mismo no se puede concluir que el gasto de gobierno como si recaudación fiscal tenga alguna relación con el crecimiento económico.
