Abstract

El objetivo de este trabajo es identificar el nivel o grado de facultación  en la Comisión Nacional Forestal. Cabe destacar que la facultación es un concepto, una filosofía, un estilo de gestión en las organizaciones. La literatura acerca de este concepto es muy amplia. Varios autores han cubierto diferentes aspectos del éste, sin embargo, en el fondo facultación es dotar de poder al individuo en la organización con el fin de crear una responsabilidad y compromiso de su parte.   Es necesario que  en la institución se desarrollen varios  planes de acción enfocados a lograr la transformación necesaria para incrementar y obtener el nivel de facultación  pertinente y adecuado para que la institución...
