Abstract

Este trabajo analiza el cambio organizacional desde la perspectiva de la Inteligencia Organizacional.
Este proyecto busca encontrar la relación que hay entre la Inteligencia Organizacional y un cambio
de cultura organizacional. Por lo que este estudio tiene como objetivo saber qué factores tienen algún
impacto en esos procedimientos de ejecución de un cambio en las organizaciones, teniendo como
objeto de investigación a compañías comerciales que estén en el Área Metropolitana de Guadalajara
(AMG). Los descubrimientos que se tengan pueden ofrecer un entendimiento de en qué consiste un
cambio organizacional. Adicionalmente, se puede indicar que, para poder llevar a cabo dicho proyecto
de investigación, se procedió a desarrollar y aplicar un instrumento de investigación, entre el personal
de las empresas que pasaron por un proceso de cambio organizacional, siendo este instrumento un
cuestionario con una serie de preguntas estructuradas. Debiendo los entrevistados haber vivido dicho
proceso de cambio.
